About 121 Retreat
121 Retreat is a Christian nonprofit organization organized and operated exclusively for charitable and religious purposes. 121 Retreat is incorporated in the State of Colorado and operates as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
No part of the net earnings of 121 Retreat shall inure to the benefit of any private individual or entity, and no substantial part of the activities of the organization shall be the carrying on of propaganda or attempting to influence legislation, except as permitted by law.

Retreat Registration and Participation
By registering for a retreat or event:

Participants are responsible for determining whether a retreat is appropriate for their physical, emotional, and spiritual condition.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Participation in retreats and events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, weather conditions, terrain, and group activities. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless 121 Retreat, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Payments, Donations, and Refunds
Retreat fees, payment schedules, and cancellation policies will be clearly stated at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated:

Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made within a specified period before the retreat
Donations
Donations made to 121 Retreat are voluntary and generally non-refundable. 121 Retreat is a Colorado nonprofit corporation and federally recognized 501(c)(3) organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
In accordance with Colorado charitable solicitation laws, donors may obtain copies of the organization’s financial documents upon request or from the Colorado Secretary of State.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, graphics, devotionals, and other materials—is the property of 121 Retreat or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Testimonials and User Submissions
By submitting testimonials, comments, photos, or other content to 121 Retreat, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share such content for ministry, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
