About 121 Retreat
Refine. Refresh. Renew.
121 Retreat exists to see ministry staff renewed in their faith, refined in their purpose, and refreshed in their perspective.

Our Story
We believe God was preparing the way for 121 Ministry long before it ever became an idea in our minds. For more than ten years, we've served in a variety of ministry roles—teaching Sunday school, hosting college groups, leading young married couples, and supporting prayer ministry. From the beginning of our marriage, our prayer has echoed Isaiah 6:8: “Here I am. Send me.”
In 2020, we felt a stirring to move from Alabama to Colorado. It was unexpected, but we chose to step out in faith, trusting that God had gone before us and was leading us into something beautiful.
Moving to Colorado has changed our lives. Being in the outdoors has deepened our connection with God in powerful ways. Surrounded by His creation, we regularly experience awe, peace, and communion with the Spirit.

121 Retreat is the place where our passion for ministry and the outdoors come together. It's a space where we invite others—especially ministry teams—to encounter God in a fresh and transformative way. We believe He is already at work, preparing hearts, and we’re honored to be a part of that journey.

Statement of Beliefs
The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, co-equal and co-eternal, sharing in the same divine essence. The Father, the creator of all things, sent the Son, Jesus Christ, who is fully God and fully man, to redeem humanity through His death and resurrection. The Holy Spirit empowers believers to live in accordance with God's will and equips them for service in His Kingdom.

The Bible is the Living Word of God
We affirm that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the ultimate guide for faith and practice, revealing God's character, His redemptive plan for humanity, and His call for us to live in obedience to Him. The Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are relevant for all generations and provide wisdom, comfort, and instruction for every aspect of life.
