Our Vision

121 Retreat provides a space for ministry leaders to be renewed, refined, and refreshed. Ministry leaders will experience Christ-centered hospitality, awe-inspiring immersion with God’s creation, and spirit-filled space to encounter the Lord. Ministry leaders will return to their communities emboldened to carry out the mission of the gospel- seeing lives changed, Christ magnified and God glorified.

Refine

The process of refinement requires stepping outside of one’s comfort zone and into an environment where doubts, insecurities, and other limiting beliefs are removed; resulting in a deeper and stronger faith. At 121 Retreat, we welcome discomfort because we know that the praise and glory of God is present when self-reliance is exhausted.

121 Retreat is in the center of mountain recreation. Our team is prepared to lead hikes, overnight camping, and more. Below is a sample of the activities we offer:

  • Hiking

  • Camping

  • Backpacking

  • 14er Climbing

  • Climbing a Via Ferrata

  • Kayaking/Paddleboarding

“...though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief... these have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith... may result in praise, glory and honor...” — 1 Peter 1:6–7

Refresh

God designed us to rest. And yet, in the rhythm of ministry, true rest is often overlooked. At 121, we intentionally create a slower pace—one that makes room for stillness, quiet, and delight in the simple things.

This kind of rest isn’t passive—it’s restorative. It’s about creating space to be with God without an agenda.

This includes:

  • Comfortable space to relax, including individual bedrooms and a community living room.

  • Direct access to the serenity and peace of our mountain location.

  • Food is provided during your stay. During our initial call we will coordinate groceries and meal time preferences. A welcome and farewell meal is always provided.

“By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested…” — Genesis 2:2

Renew

The Christian life comes with challenges and struggles, but the Lord creates space for renewal. As believers, we are called to draw strength from Christ to carry out his will for our lives. At 121 Retreat, visitors will immerse themselves in a space to escape the patterns of the world and leave with a renewed perspective and relationship with our Heavenly Father.

121 Retreat cultivates spiritual renewal by:

  • Morning and afternoon devotionals

  • Custom itinerary focused on individual spiritual goals

  • Devoted time for personal reflection and prayer

  • Space for small group worship and fellowship

  • Have specific goals in mind? We’re here to build a stay that aligns with your priorities.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2
